Why Subcontract to Swedworks Global

What we bring to your delivery.

Predictable, fixed wholesale pricing

You quote your client; we quote you. Fixed prices in EUR with no Swedish VAT (invoiced from our UAE entity) make it easy to price your service and protect your margin. No hourly billing, no scope creep.

Pay-on-success protects your margin

For qualifying cases we offer a pay-on-success arrangement. If the permit isn’t granted, our fee isn’t charged. The risk shield runs through to you — you can offer your client confidence without absorbing the downside.

15+ years, 2,000+ applications, 95% success

Every case category, every industry, every edge case has been seen. We pre-assess each case before accepting it, which is why our success rate holds at 95%. Your client gets the same rigour you’d give the case yourself, if it were your core expertise.

White-label by default, named on request

Most partners prefer to keep us behind the scenes — your client doesn’t need to know our name. We can also be named openly if that serves your relationship better. We follow your preference.

EOR Services Explained

How the EOR & work permit pieces fit together.

For partners new to the model — or new to how we plug into it — here’s the structure.

What is an EOR engagement?

An Employer of Record is a Swedish-registered company that becomes the legal employer of staff working in Sweden on behalf of an international client. The EOR handles Swedish payroll, employment compliance, statutory benefits, and the formal employer relationship. The international client retains the operational and managerial relationship with the staff.

This setup is the standard solution when an international company wants to place staff in Sweden without setting up a Swedish entity — which is slow, expensive, and creates long-term overhead beyond the project lifetime.

Where Swedworks fits in.

The work permit application is a specialised piece of the engagement. Most EOR providers don’t run work permit applications in-house — they subcontract. We’re the specialist subcontractor for that specific step.

International Client Sends staff to Sweden, retains operational control
EOR Partner Acts as legal employer in Sweden, runs payroll & compliance
Swedworks Global Handles the work permit application end-to-end as the EOR’s subcontractor

How the commercial side works.

The EOR provider invoices the international client at their full rate, including the work permit component. We invoice the EOR provider directly at our wholesale partner rate. The EOR’s margin on the work permit piece is built in. Pay-on-success is available where the case qualifies.

The arrangement is documented in a partner agreement. We handle each case under power of attorney signed by the applicant and the formal employer (the EOR). The end client sees a single, seamless service.

How Partnerships Work

Three ways we engage with partners.

Model 1

Case-by-case referral

You refer cases to us as they arise. No commitment, no minimum volume. We handle each case under standard terms.

  • Standard partner pricing per case
  • You introduce, we handle end-to-end
  • Your client may stay anonymous or be openly named
  • Best for partners with occasional Swedish work permit needs
Model 2

Ongoing subcontractor

A standing arrangement where we’re your designated work-permit specialist. Volume-based pricing, prioritised intake, shared workflows.

  • Wholesale pricing tier with volume discounts
  • Prioritised case intake and faster turnaround
  • Quarterly review of cases, outcomes, and process
  • Best for EOR providers, HR consultancies, and staffing firms with steady volume
Model 3

White-label delivery

We work entirely behind your brand. Your client never sees our name unless you choose to disclose. Communications and documents adapt to your house style.

  • Documents prepared in your branding where appropriate
  • Coordination via your client-facing project manager
  • Confidentiality and brand discretion built into the agreement
  • Best for law firms and consultancies with strong client relationships

Partner Enquiry

Let’s talk about a partnership.

Partner enquiries are handled directly by the Principal Specialist, not a sales team. The first conversation is informal — we’ll discuss your typical case profile, the engagement model that fits, and the commercial terms.

  • No long-form intake form to fill out
  • First conversation by email or video call — your choice
  • Sample wholesale pricing shared on first call
  • Partner agreement reviewed by both sides before any case is taken

Partner FAQ

Common questions from prospective partners.

What’s your wholesale pricing for partners?
Wholesale pricing depends on the engagement model and volume. For case-by-case referrals, partner pricing is typically a structured discount off our published per-case rates. For ongoing subcontractor arrangements, pricing tiers scale with volume. We share specifics on the first partner call, after we understand your typical case profile.
Do you work under our brand or yours?
Whichever you prefer. Most partners prefer white-label — your client never sees our name. Others prefer open naming as a credibility signal. We follow your preference and adapt our communications and documents accordingly. The choice is documented in the partner agreement.
Does the pay-on-success guarantee extend to partner engagements?
Yes, for qualifying cases. The eligibility is determined during our pre-assessment, exactly as it would be for a direct client. When pay-on-success applies, we’re not invoiced if the case fails — which means you can offer the same protection downstream to your client.
What’s the typical onboarding for a new partner?
A short discovery call, a partner agreement covering pricing, scope, and confidentiality, and a first case to test the workflow. From signed agreement to first submitted application is typically 2–4 weeks, depending on case readiness.
Do you take cases anywhere in Sweden?
Yes. We work with clients and applicants across all of Sweden, regardless of where the receiving company or workplace is located. Our work is digital — Migrationsverket portals, union dialogue by email, embassy guidance by message — so geography doesn’t constrain us.
How do you handle confidentiality of our client relationships?
Every partner engagement includes a written confidentiality agreement. Our freelance case managers are bound by the same confidentiality terms. We never approach your clients directly, never market to them, and never disclose the partner relationship without your consent.
Can you handle cases for international companies without a Swedish entity?
Yes — that’s where the EOR model is typically used. If you’re the EOR provider, we slot in as the work permit subcontractor. If you’re a different kind of partner (recruitment, HR, law), we can introduce you to EOR providers we work with, or work with your existing EOR partner.
What if a case turns out to be more complex than expected?
Our fixed prices don’t change after a case is accepted. If complexity emerges that wasn’t visible at pre-assessment, that’s our problem — we still deliver on the quoted price. Partners get the same fixed-price commitment as direct clients.
