Swedish Work Permits Specialists

FOR APPLICANTS

You have a job offer in Sweden?

We’ll take it from here.

A Swedish work permit application has two sides: yours, and your employer’s. We handle both — coordinating directly with your employer in Sweden so you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Not yet — different need

You’re looking for a job in Sweden

We’re not a recruitment agency. But we’ve written a detailed guide on how to find a job in Sweden — once you have an offer, come back to us.

HOW IT ACTUALLY WORKS

One signature. Then we handle everything.

You and your employer sign a power of attorney — Migrationsverket’s standard form, which we provide. From that point on, we become your authorised representative to every Swedish agency, union, insurer, and embassy involved in your case.

STEP 1

You + Your Employer

Sign the power of attorney.

  • Sign the standard Migrationsverket form (see below)
  • Provide the information and documents we ask for
  • Visit a Swedish embassy once for biometrics
  • That’s effectively all you do

STEP 2

Swedworks Global

Becomes your authorised representative.

From the signed POA forward, we handle every conversation, every document, every deadline, and every piece of correspondence on your behalf.

STEP 3

We Represent You To

  • Migrationsverket – Swedish Migration Agency
  • The trade union – For salary and conditions opinion
  • Insurance providers – The four mandatory policies
  • Arbetsförmedlingen – Swedish Public Employment Service
  • Swedish embassy – In your country, or alternate

You and your employer never have to call Migrationsverket, the union, or the insurance companies. You don’t have to learn Swedish bureaucracy. You sign once, give us the information we ask for, and visit the embassy when it’s time. We do everything else. See what you’d sign. This is the standard power of attorney from from Migrationsverket. We will prepare it for you signage.

Worried your employer won’t want to involve us?

It’s a common reaction at first — most Swedish employers haven’t done this before, and they’re unsure what to expect.

In our experience:

  • A short 20-minute call with the employer answers most concerns
  • Their part of the application is small — most of the work is on us
  • Many employers, once they understand the value, choose to pay our fee themselves rather than ask the candidate to
  • The pay-on-success guarantee is typically structured around employer-paid engagements
  • We do the union dialogue and the Migrationsverket correspondence — the employer doesn’t have to learn Swedish bureaucracy

If you’d like, we can reach out to your employer on your behalf to explain — with your permission, of course.
