Why we offer this

Built on 15 years of accurate case prediction.

At Swedworks Global, we do not take chances with our clients’ cases. With over 15 years supporting Swedish and international companies, we are confident in our assessments and processes.

This guarantee reflects our commitment to quality, accountability, and carefully selected cases where we genuinely believe in a successful outcome. We do not offer it to every case — we offer it where our analysis shows a high likelihood of approval.

How the guarantee works

Four points to understand.

1

Professional pre-assessment

Every case is reviewed by our specialists before we offer the guarantee. We proceed under it only if our analysis shows a high likelihood of approval.

2

Clear scope

The guarantee is available for all work permit categories — New, Extension, Change, ICT, Blue Card, PR — provided the case meets our eligibility criteria.

3

Pay only upon success

Our service fee becomes payable only after a positive decision is issued by the Swedish Migration Agency. The invoice is issued on the decision date and is due within 3 working days.

4

Risk-based pricing

A 20% premium is added to our standard pricing to reflect the risk we assume. All fees — including the Migration Agency’s application fee — are included.

Selective by design

“If Swedworks Global offers you this guarantee, it means we believe in your case — and we are prepared to stand behind it.”

Eligibility & limitations

Who qualifies — and who doesn’t.

To protect quality and outcomes, this guarantee has clear criteria. We’re transparent about both sides up front.

The guarantee is available for

  • Companies with at least one year of established operations
  • Cases across all work permit categories — New, Extension, Change of Employer, ICT, Blue Card, Permanent Residence
  • Cases that pass our professional pre-assessment with a high likelihood of approval
  • Swedish employers, including public-sector (municipal, regional, state)
  • International employers operating through a Swedish legal entity or a Swedish EOR partner

The guarantee is not available for

  • Individual applicants — this guarantee is offered exclusively to companies
  • Companies established for less than one year
  • Companies in industries subject to enhanced Migration Agency scrutiny (see list below)
  • International companies without a Swedish legal entity or a Swedish EOR setup
  • Cases where pre-assessment identifies elevated risk — previous rejections, unresolved compliance issues, or specific case-by-case red flags

Possible exception for substantial employers

Companies that would normally be excluded — either in higher-requirement industries or established for less than one year — may still be considered for the guarantee in exceptional cases. Eligibility is evaluated individually during pre-assessment, typically based on:

  • Substantial financial size — for example, over 50 employees
  • Demonstrably clean compliance background — no rejected work permits, well-managed current employees on work permits, no unresolved Migration Agency issues

The standard exclusions remain the default. Exceptions are case-by-case, based on the strength of the employer profile and the specific application.

Industries with higher requirements (excluded from the guarantee)

Some industries face higher investigation requirements from the Migration Agency. Companies in these sectors must demonstrate the ability to pay the applicant’s salary for at least three months, and provide additional documentation.

These rules apply if you employ staff in the following industries (SNI code prefixes in parentheses):

  • Cleaning (81290, 81210)
  • Hotel and restaurant (55101, 56)
  • Construction (41200, 421, 42990, 43)
  • Trade (471–478)
  • Agriculture and forestry (0113, 012, 02102)
  • Automotive workshop (452)
  • Service (9602, 9604, 9609)
  • Staffing (782)
  • Personal assistance (88101, 88102)

Your company’s SNI code can be found on your registration certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency.

Exemption: Municipal, regional, and state employers are exempt from the higher requirements and do not need to report the above. Public-sector cases can still qualify for the guarantee.

FAQ

Common questions about the guarantee.

What does “pay only after a positive decision” mean exactly?
Swedworks Global’s professional fee becomes payable only if the Swedish Migration Agency grants the work permit. If the decision is not positive, our service fee is not charged. Migration Agency application fees and any out-of-pocket costs paid on your behalf may still be invoiced separately at standard terms.
Does the guarantee apply to every work permit application?
It can apply to all work permit categories — New, Extension, Change of Employer, Secondment/ICT, EU Blue Card, Permanent Residence — provided the case passes our professional pre-assessment and meets our eligibility criteria.
Why don’t you offer this guarantee to every case?
Because we work selectively. Our priority is quality and predictability. If our assessment identifies risks that could affect the outcome, we will be transparent and recommend a standard engagement instead — at standard pricing without the 20% premium.
Why is there a 20% premium on the standard price?
The additional 20% reflects the risk we assume by tying our compensation to a successful outcome. All costs — including the Swedish Migration Agency’s application fee — are included, providing full cost transparency from the start. You see the guarantee price in your written offer before any contractual commitment.
Does the guarantee include government and application fees?
Yes. When the guarantee applies, all fees are included — including the application fee to the Swedish Migration Agency. There are no separate add-ons.
Is the guarantee available to individual applicants?
No. This guarantee is offered exclusively to companies that employ or dispatch staff to Sweden. Individual applicants are served under our standard engagement terms — see the Pricing page for details.
What happens if the Migration Agency requests additional information mid-process?
That is a normal part of the process and is included in our service. We manage all communication and documentation required by the Migration Agency throughout the case, at no additional charge.
Does a positive pre-assessment guarantee approval?
No advisor can guarantee a government decision — and we don’t claim to. Our pre-assessment ensures that we only offer this guarantee when we assess the likelihood of approval as high, based on 15 years of experience and current regulatory requirements. The guarantee is our way of putting our money behind that assessment.
Why should we trust this offer?
Because Swedworks Global has supported employers with Swedish work permits for over 15 years and processed more than 2,000 applications with a 95% success rate. This guarantee is not a marketing promise — it is a direct reflection of our confidence, experience, and willingness to share risk with our clients.
My company is in one of the excluded industries — or under one year old. Any exceptions?
In rare cases, yes. Substantial employers — typically with over 50 employees, established operations, and a demonstrably clean compliance background (no rejected work permits, well-managed current employees on work permits) — may be considered individually during pre-assessment, even in higher-requirement industries or under one year of operations. The standard exclusions remain the default; exceptions are case-by-case. For cases where the guarantee doesn’t apply, our standard fixed-price engagement remains a strong option — same pre-assessment process, same 95% success rate, no 20% premium.
When exactly is the invoice due?
The invoice is issued on the date of the positive Migration Agency decision and is due within 3 working days. This short payment window is a condition of the guarantee.
