Why fixed pricing

Predictable from day one.

Most immigration consultancies bill hourly. That makes the final cost impossible to predict, and creates an incentive to spend more time on every case. We do the opposite.

One price, written down

You see the full cost before you commit. The price quoted in our offer is the price on the invoice — no add-ons, no scope creep.

Migration Agency fees included

The Swedish Migration Agency’s application fees are built into our price. We pay them on your behalf and remit the receipt with your invoice.

Complexity is our problem

If a case turns out to be more complex than the pre-assessment suggested, the price doesn’t change. That risk sits with us, not you.

Application Processing Fees

Pricing per permit type.

Other engagement options

When the standard engagement doesn’t fit.

Most cases run under our fixed end-to-end pricing. In some situations, a different arrangement makes more sense. Two options we offer for these:

Applicant-only engagement

Sometimes an applicant approaches us for help with their portion of the application because the employer declines to outsource the employer side. We can take on the applicant’s part only — preparing documents, submitting the applicant’s section, and coordinating with the employer where needed.

Up to 50% offthe relevant permit type’s standard price

Exact discount depends on case complexity and confirmed in the written offer.

Supervision & consulting

In rare cases, an employer or applicant handles the application themselves (or with another vendor) and asks us to supervise, advise, or give a second opinion at specific points in the process. For these limited engagements, we bill on an hourly basis rather than a fixed case fee.

€180 / hourbilled only for time actually spent

Scope agreed in writing before each engagement.

What’s included

Every engagement covers all of this.

No surprise add-ons. No hourly billing for routine work. Application fees to the Swedish Migration Agency are included.

Free pre-assessment

Honest evaluation of your case before you commit a single euro.

Migration Agency fees

The full application fee paid to Migrationsverket is built into our price.

Document collection and review

We tell you exactly what’s needed, in what format, and verify everything before submission.

Trade union dialogue

Coordination with the relevant Swedish union — handled in Swedish, on your behalf.

Embassy and consulate guidance

We identify the right embassy, brief your applicant on biometrics, and follow up if needed.

Application monitoring

We track your case with Migrationsverket from submission to decision.

Coordination with co-applicants

Family members are added at the correct step. €390 per co-applicant covers this.

Pre- and post-decision briefing

For both employer and employee — what to know before the start date, what to do after the decision.

Pay-on-success guarantee

You pay our fee only when the permit is granted.

For qualifying cases, we offer a pay-on-success arrangement. Our service fee is invoiced only after Migrationsverket grants the permit. Eligibility is determined during the free pre-assessment and confirmed in your written offer.

How invoicing works

Clean, cross-border, no VAT surprises.

  • Currency: All prices and invoices are in euros (EUR).
  • Invoicing entity: Invoices are issued by Iconic Digital Solutions LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates, operating as Swedworks Global.
  • Swedish VAT: No Swedish VAT is charged on our service fees, which simplifies cross-border invoicing for international companies.
  • Migration Agency fees: Paid by us to Migrationsverket on your behalf, included in the fixed price, with the receipt remitted alongside your invoice.
  • Payment terms: Stated on each invoice — typically 30 days, unless we agree otherwise in writing. (Pay-on-success engagements have a different schedule — see the Payment Guarantee page.)
  • Employer-paid engagements: Invoices can be issued directly to the employer rather than the applicant, on request.
Common questions

Pricing FAQ.

Are the Migration Agency fees really included?
Yes. The full application fee paid to Migrationsverket — currently SEK 2,200 for a standard work permit — is included in our fixed price. We pay it on your behalf at submission and the receipt is included with your invoice.
What if my case turns out to be more complex than expected?
Our fixed price doesn’t change after a case is accepted. The pre-assessment exists precisely to surface complexity up front. If complexity emerges later that wasn’t visible at pre-assessment, that’s our problem — we still deliver on the quoted price.
When do I pay?
For standard engagements, an invoice is issued when the engagement begins, with payment terms of 14 days. For pay-on-success cases, our service fee is invoiced only after the permit is granted — Migration Agency fees and any out-of-pocket costs may still be invoiced at standard terms.
What’s the pay-on-success arrangement, exactly?
For qualifying cases, our service fee is invoiced only after Migrationsverket grants the permit. A 20% premium is added to the standard price to reflect the risk we assume. Eligibility is determined during the free pre-assessment and confirmed in your written engagement offer. Cases that don’t qualify are invoiced at standard pricing with no premium. Full details — including which industries and company profiles qualify — are on the Payment Guarantee page.
Do you charge for the pre-assessment?
No. The pre-assessment is free and carries no obligation. If we decline your case at this stage, no fee is charged. If we accept it, you’ll receive a written offer with the fixed price before any contractual commitment.
What happens if the application is rejected?
Our success rate is above 95% precisely because we only accept cases we believe will succeed. If a rejection still occurs, our service fee under pay-on-success is not charged for qualifying cases. Migration Agency application fees are generally non-refundable by Migrationsverket itself, regardless of outcome.
Can I pay in instalments?
For most cases, payment is due in full on the invoice’s terms. For larger engagements — typically multiple applicants on a single project, or ICT cases with significant volume — we can discuss instalment terms on request.
Why is your pricing in EUR rather than SEK?
The invoicing entity (Iconic Digital Solutions LLC) is UAE-registered, and most of our growth segment is international companies that prefer EUR over SEK. Swedish employers can pay in EUR with no friction — we don’t charge a currency conversion premium.
